Payment & Refund Policy

Location: Tughlakabad, New Delhi (No Physical Office – Work from Home)
1. Payment Policy
Accepted Payment Methods:
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
Advance Payment Requirement:
- All projects begin only after receiving an agreed-upon advance payment.
- The remaining balance (if any) must be cleared before project delivery or as per agreed milestones.
Invoice & Billing:
- A digital invoice will be provided upon confirmation of project and payment.
- I am a freelance individual and not registered under GST. Therefore, I do not issue GST invoices.
2. Refund Policy
No Refunds:
- Once a project has been initiated (after receiving advance payment), no refunds will be issued.
- Similarly, no refunds are provided for hosting or domain purchases made via Suraj Saxena.
Client Responsibility:
- It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate requirements and project details before the development begins.
- Changes requested after the project starts may incur additional costs.
3. Project Cancellation:
- If the client chooses to cancel the project after the work has started, no refund will be provided.
- If Suraj Saxena is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances from his end, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed and at the sole discretion of the developer.
4. Hosting & Domain Services:
- Hosting services provided are non-refundable once activated.
- Domain names, once purchased, are non-transferable and non-refundable.
5. Disputes & Chargebacks:
- Clients are encouraged to resolve any concerns directly via email or phone before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
- Unnecessary disputes or chargebacks may result in service suspension or legal action if required.
