Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the services provided by Suraj Saxena (“Freelancer”, “I”, or “Me”) to the client (“Client” or “You”). By engaging my services, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Business Details

  • Freelancer: Suraj Saxena, Freelance Web Developer
  • Location: Tughlakabad, New Delhi (I work from home, no physical office)

2. Services Offered

I provide the following services:

  • WordPress Development
  • Custom Plugin Creation
  • SEO Services
  • Shopify Store Setup

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made through bank transfer or UPI.
  • Payment Schedule: Full payment details will be shared with the Client prior to starting the project. Payment must be made as per the agreed terms.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • I provide clients with a clear delivery timeline for their project. I strive to complete all work within the agreed timeframe.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • Any client data shared with me will be used solely for the purpose of completing the work related to your project.
  • I do not share any client data with other clients or third parties.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: It is the Client’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information for the project.
  • Legal Responsibility: I am not responsible for any illegal activities carried out by the Client using the website created by me.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policies

  • No Refunds: Once a project has started, no refunds will be provided. If a Client has purchased hosting from me, there will be no refund upon cancellation.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • While I strive to provide the best possible results, I am not liable for any issues that arise from incorrect or fraudulent information provided by the Client. If a Client provides incorrect details and later uses the website for fraudulent activities, I shall not be held responsible.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The Client will receive ownership of the website data, including code and content related to their website. However, the ownership of the website’s intellectual property (e.g., designs, code) remains with the Client after full payment.

10. Governing Law

  • This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging in my services, the Client acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
