We strictly follow a "Digital-Only" payment policy via UPI, Cards, Net Banking, or PayPal. Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances.

• Advance payments are required before project commencement.
• Milestone-based payments must be cleared before the next phase starts.

Due to the time-intensive and customized nature of web services, consultation fees and advance project deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation requests after project initiation will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Project success depends on your timely feedback. Delays caused by a lack of client response, content provision, or third-party platform issues (hosting/domain) will not be considered valid grounds for refund or compensation.

This policy is interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
