02. Nature of Services

We provide online-only digital services including web development, website design, IT consulting, and SEO for domestic and international clients.

03. Project Scope

Every project is bound by a mutually agreed quotation which defines deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. Work requested outside this scope will be billed as additional work.

04. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all required content (text, images, credentials) and timely approvals. Missing content or delayed feedback will directly impact and extend the project timeline.

05. Delay Policy

Important: Project Cancellation

If a client-side delay exceeds the original completion timeline by more than 10 additional days, Webmate Studio reserves the right to cancel the project unilaterally. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Delays include lack of communication, missing content, or pending approvals from the client's side.

06. Payments & Billing

  • Only digital payments are accepted.
  • Cash payments are strictly prohibited.
  • Invoices are issued under Webmate Studio with 18% GST as applicable.

07. IP & Ownership

All designs and code remain the property of Webmate Studio until full payment is cleared. Ownership is transferred to the client only after final settlement.

08. Liability & Law

Webmate Studio is not liable for business losses due to third-party services (hosting/APIs). All legal matters are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction.
